At Northwest Freight Handlers, we value our employees as highly as we do our customers satisfaction. In fact, we can honestly state that we consider employee satisfaction to be synonymous with customer satisfaction, for they go hand in hand. Working as a team, our employee's self-monitor quality, workmanship, conduct and appearance on a daily basis. They strive to develop close working relationships with the employees and supervisors at each facility, as well as every driver that backs up to the dock. This allows us to be better able to meet the overall need and expectations of our customers, which we highly value.
